Ms. Promuto is a member of The Kasarda Law Group, LLC, where she co-manages the real estate and litigation practice for the Firm’s New York and New Jersey offices. She also oversees the Firm’s real estate law practice that handles residential real estate transactions involving homes, condominiums, cooperative apartments, and refinancing for clients. In addition, Ms. Promuto participates in the Firm’s elder matters. She has conducted or participated in scores of litigations in both state and federal courts.
Prior to forming The Kasarda Law Group, LLC, and her prior firm, Steven C. Kasarda, P.C., Ms. Promuto was an Assistant District Attorney for the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, White Plains, New York where she worked in the motions and appeals department and with Scott Baron & Associates, P.C., Yonkers, New York as an Associate Attorney. Ms. Promuto is licensed to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey, Florida, and for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Promuto is a member of the Board of Trustees at her alma mater, The Ursuline School, in New Rochelle, New York.
